1. About PaintRush

PaintRush provides paint and painting accessory delivery services, product guidance, wholesale rate information, and related customer support across India.

2. Using the website

  • You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or downloading rate lists.
  • You must not misuse the website, upload harmful files, or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Website content is for general information and business communication related to paint delivery.

3. Enquiries and orders

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm an order. Final pricing, product availability, delivery timing, and payment terms are confirmed by PaintRush after reviewing your request. Delivery within 2–4 hours depends on stock, location, order size, and operational conditions.

4. Rate list downloads

Today’s rate list is provided for informational and business use. Rates may change without notice due to brand pricing, market conditions, or stock updates. Downloading a rate list may require your name and mobile number, which we store as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing and payments

Displayed or shared prices are indicative unless confirmed in writing or by official communication (including WhatsApp). Taxes, delivery charges (if any), and payment methods will be communicated before order confirmation.

6. Product authenticity and availability

PaintRush aims to supply genuine products from leading brands. Availability of shades, pack sizes, and accessories may vary. If an item is unavailable, we will inform you and suggest alternatives where possible.

7. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed service levels in all cases.
  • A valid delivery address and reachable phone number are required.
  • Risk in goods passes as agreed at the time of delivery confirmation and handover.

8. Cancellations and returns

Cancellation or return requests depend on order status, product type (opened/sealed), and brand policy. Contact PaintRush as soon as possible. Custom-tinted or opened products may not be returnable.

9. Intellectual property

Website design, text, logos, and content belonging to PaintRush may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaintRush is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, or reliance on outdated rate information. Our liability for confirmed orders is limited as agreed in the specific order communication.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
